In Saint-Malo, 400 meters from the train station and close to all shops and services, this Holiday cottage, entirely created in 2019, adjoining the owners' home, welcomes you for an all-inclusive stay just 1.6 km on foot from the Grande Beach du Sillon. Well-appointed with a fully-equipped kitchen and a large bedroom, bright with its large bay window opening onto a private, enclosed wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, it also offers all the equipment necessary for babies and gladly accepts your pets.

Ground floor:
- a living room with a kitchen, a dining area and a lounge with a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed,
- bedroom with 160 x 200 cm bed,
- a bathroom with shower
- separate WC.
Please note: there is no washing machine in the accommodation, but there are launderettes nearby (700 m away).
No smoking inside.
For your comfort, bathroom linen and towels are provided and beds are made on arrival.
