Near Rennes, the starting point for discovering Brittany, this independent Holiday cottage is located in the outbuildings of the Manoir du Courtillon (16th), a 2-hectare wooded and flower-filled property. The Rennes Exhibition Center is just a 10-minute drive away. The Holiday cottage combines comfort, charm and modernity in a warm atmosphere. Here, you'll appreciate the calm and serenity of the surroundings, with immediate access to the Boël site on the banks of the Vilaine: Hiking, mountain biking, canoeing and kayaking are just some of the activities on offer nearby, and trail enthusiasts will appreciate the steep gradients! Another Holiday cottage and 2 Bed and breakfasts are also available on site. From May to September, weather permitting, you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool (6mx2.80 m, depth 1.37m), heated to 28°, with counter-current swimming lane. The Piscine is shared with the owners and other guests. In addition, the Wellbeing area is available (Hammam and Jacuzzi: €20/hr/person or €40/hr for 2 people).
