Living room with sitting room, fitted kitchen,
Access by a few steps 1/2 floor: shower room, WC, laundry room.
1st floor:
one bedroom (1 double bed 140 and a crib),

2nd floor :
one bedroom (2 beds 1 place 90),
bedroom (2 single beds 90).
