In the heart of the Emerald Coast, 10 minutes from the long sandy beaches of St Malo and Cancale, on a working farm, detached house with independent relaxation area (garden furniture, barbecue). Private fishing lake 400 m from gîte. 1 km from the village and 2 km from St Suliac (la Rance).

All on the ground floor, it comprises: fitted kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom with 2 90x190 beds, 1 bedroom (1 140x190 double bed), shower room with Italian shower, separate WC, 1 bed, bath and baby chair available. Electric heating.
