You're in the Brocéliande region, 10 km from the forest entrance and 15 km from the 'Trémelin' leisure center, which offers a multitude of activities (swimming, sailing, horse-riding, canoeing, etc.) and 30 km from Rennes. This rental is a detached house with private grounds, close to the owners' farm with garden furniture and barbecue.
This Holiday cottage has 2 levels.
First floor:

- 1 bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm beds, shower room and handicapped-accessible WC.

Sebovitch Un gute de standing
Ravis de notre séjour dans ce gîte à Maxent : maison très fonctionnelle, très bien équipée et décorée, dans un état impeccable (la literie vient d’être changée), lumineuse et dans un cadre très agréable au milieu des prés où gambadent des vaches et très bon accueil d’Eveline. Nous comptons bien revenir pour découvrir davantage la région.

Famille-en-vacances Excellent séjour en famille !
Un très grand merci à Eveline et Michel pour cet accueil si chaleureux ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le gîte au calme, tout confort où il ne manque rien. La localisation est idéale et nous avons pu faire de nombreuses visites, activités et balades à proximité. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation ! Encore merci pour tout ;-)

MB62 Séjour Avril
Celà fait près de 45 ans que je pars en vacances avec les "Gîtes de France" celui ci arrive dans le top 5. Il ne manque rien, et si par hasard celà arrive la propriaitaire y remédie de suite. Gîte très confortable (même le canapé qui est souvent le point faible d'un gîte) et trè propre, rien ne manque. La décoration a été faite avec beaucoup de goût et l'extérieur est magnifique.
Sans hésiter nous y retournerons.
