Completely renovated in 2022 to welcome you in a cosy atmosphere, this comfortable and fully-equipped gîte offers you a change of scenery in the countryside, with a wide view over the pastures and their animals, close to the owners' dairy farm. You'll have the chance to discover farming activities and farm produce. You are 2 km from the village of Parigné and 3 km from the Chênedet leisure park.

On one level with three access steps: - a living room including a kitchen and a lounge - a bedroom with a 180X200 bed - a bedroom with two 90X190 beds - a shower room and an independent WC Large garage.

Séjour au calme

Détente découverte gentillesse

Marie-anne et Xavier sont des hôtes très chaleureux. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans leur petite maison dans la prairie.
Nous avons pu découvrir la traite des vaches et goûter leur lait.
Je recommande a 100% un séjour dans un décompte leur gites.
