You'll love the warm atmosphere of this house with its stone and lime walls and terracotta floor tiles, located in one of the outbuildings of the Manoir du Courtillon (16th century) on a 2-hectare property. Close to the capital of Brittany, you're 15 minutes from Rennes, 10 minutes from the airport, the exhibition center and the Ker Lann campus. From May to September, weather permitting, you can enjoy the outdoor Piscine (6mx2.80 m, depth 1.37m), heated to 28°, with counter-current swim lane. Piscine shared with owners and other guests. In addition, the Wellbeing area is available (Hammam and Jacuzzi: €20/hr/person or €40/hr for 2 people).
