For a relaxing, cocoon-like vacation, you've come to the right place! Close to the shops and beaches of the charming seaside resort of Dinard, there's nothing like leaving the car at the Holiday cottage and setting off on foot! Just 2 km away, take a stroll through the Port Breton park and admire the Sea on the Beach du Prieuré or along the Clair de Lune promenade. Hiking enthusiasts will be delighted: the GR34 footpath is just a short stroll away to discover the jewels of the Emerald Coast, and the "voie 2 Bretagne" cycling route (from Saint-Malo to Arzal) is just 1.2 km away. On the other side of the dam, visit the corsair town of Saint-Malo, 11 km away, or Saint-Suliac, an ancient fishing village on the banks of the Rance, classified as one of France's Most Beautiful Villages, 16 km away.

First floor:

- 2 small walled courtyards with gates, on either side of the house (one on the living room side, the other on the kitchen side)
