On the Côte d'Émeraude, close to the sea and beaches in the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, you are welcomed in an old renovated farmhouse, a calm and restful place. Close to the hiking trails that run along the coast, you are 10 km from Saint-Malo, 5 km from Cancale, 40 km from Dinan and Mont-St-Michel, 55 km from Cap Fréhel. The picturesque Pointe du Grouin is 10 minutes away.
On the first floor, accessible to people with reduced mobility: a large living room with kitchen and living room with pellet stove, bedroom with 160x200 bed, shower room with WC. Upstairs: a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, a bedroom with two 90 x 200 beds and a bedroom with 2 90 x 200 beds, with the option of an additional 90 x 200 bed at an extra cost, a shower room and separate WC with washbasin. BBIV Séjour en Bretagne
Un gîte très bien équipé, et confortable, au calme, dans la nature, à quelques minutes de Cancale d’une part et de St Malo d’autre part.
La propriétaire est très accueillante.
Seul souci: la 4G n’est pas terrible à cet endroit, donc parfois quelques lenteurs pour contacter la propriétaire. Mais il faut persévérer.- Cleanliness

Did007 Très agréable séjour.
Grande bâtisse de corps de ferme qui étonne à l'arrivée.
Gite bien adapté pour PMR.
Espace de vie spacieux et clair. Les chambres sont également spacieuses avec une literie moderne et confortable. Gîte bien aménagé et équipé.
La grande terrasse mériterait d'être aménagée d'un coin détente avec banquette et fauteuils de salon de jardin pour profiter du terrain verdoyant et ombragé l'après-midi. Pas de vis-à-vis côté jardin.
Commerces à 2 minutes.
Un accueil très agréable et attentif.
