Just 4 km from the Beach and 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Coulomb and its shops, this large, detached Holiday cottage is ideally suited to vacations with family and friends. Inside, you'll discover a warm, refined atmosphere thanks to the bright living room and modern, user-friendly kitchen. Are you coming with a young child? Here, all baby equipment is at your disposal. Outside, you'll enjoy a lovely private area with terrace for relaxing and access to a garden with swings for the Kids, shared with Holiday cottage 35G11059 (La Maison de Monique). For gatherings of up to 13 people, you can book the 2 Holiday cottages "La Maison de Patricia" and "La Maison de Monique" at the same time.
This Holiday cottage is on 2 levels.
First floor:
- living room with open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge,
- laundry room with washing machine and dryer,
- separate toilet with washbasin.
Upstairs, you'll find 4 bedrooms:
- one bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed,
- one bedroom with two 90 x 200cm beds
- one bedroom with two 90 x 200cm beds
- one bedroom with one 90 x 200 cm bed and one 80 x 200 cm bed (single beds cannot be twinned)

Patricia a ouvert ce gîte depuis juillet 2019 dans le but de contribuer à la sauvegarde de ce patrimoine de pays. L'accueil fait aussi partie de son métier car Patricia est maraîchère : au fil des saisons, venez découvrir ses fruits et légumes au marché bio, le mercredi après-midi et le vendredi après-midi, à la Ferme de la Haute Barbotais à Saint-Méloir-des-Ondes et le samedi matin au marché de Dinard. Elle sera ravie de vous y accueillir !

Le gîte est spacieux et agréable pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. La propriétaire est très accueillante ainsi que sa mère. Nous avons eu la chance de goûter ses légumes qu’elle nous à gentiment offert. Je vous conseille vivement ce gîte et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Sylvie B Maison spacieuse pour vacances en famille
Maison très lumineuse, confortable et très bien équipée, avec une grande pièce de vie. Quatre chambres avec une très bonne literie. Panier de légumes de bienvenue très apprécié. La table de ping-pong a été plébiscitée par nos petits enfants. Proche mer en voiture. Très bon séjour.

Fred B95 Calme et confortable
Le gîte est très confortable et au calme. Parfait pour se reposer et profiter des villes autour (Cancale, St Malo, Dinan et Dinard). Je vous le recommande sans hésitation.
