2.2 km from the beach, this self-contained gîte is located near the owners on a cereal production farm, ideally situated between Saint-Malo Intra-Muros (11 km) and the port of Cancale (6.5 km). Well-equipped for a vacation stay, you'll enjoy a large terrace not overlooked and a garden with slide and swing. For your convenience, beds are made up on arrival.
On one level, accessible to people with reduced mobility: a living room with a kitchen opening onto a dining area and a lounge, a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and its own shower room with WC adapted for disabled people, a bedroom opening onto the terrace with a 160 x 200 bed and its own shower room, a laundry room, a separate WC with washbasin. Heat pump heating included in the price. Private parking on site. No internet access in this gite for disconnected vacations.

Gaspard & cie Un séjour de rêve dans une maison idyllique…
Parlons d’abord de l’accueil de nos hôtes qui a été des plus chaleureux ! Nous avons tout de suite été mis à l’aise et nous avons pu bénéficier des (très) bons conseils de Mme Morin !
Quant au gîte, il est idéalement situé pour vadrouiller entre Cancale, St Malo, les plages & les environs ! Il est situé au calme, en pleine campagne, tout en étant à proximité des « sites touristiques ». Nombreux commerces dans le village.
La maison est très bien aménagée et très bien pensée pour y passer de bonnes vacances : très bien équipée, juste ce qu’il faut de déco, une terrasse & un jardin très agréables, de la literie confortable, bref, nous y avons de très belles vacances, et nous y reviendrons !- Cleanliness

Virginie Un agréable séjour
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à la maison de Louise
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles.
La maison est bien aménagée et très calme. La terrasse est grande et bien ensoleillée, la literie très confortable.
Le gîte est à la campagne mais St Malo est à 15mns, Cancale à 10mns et la route se fait bien.- Cleanliness
