In front of the gîte, a terrace with garden furniture and a large shared courtyard (barbecue). Saint-Malo is within easy reach, with the Rennes/Saint Malo dual carriageway just 300 m away. Discover the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel and Cancale.
First floor: living room with kitchen and sitting area with sofa bed, dining area - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190 - shower room - separate toilet. Heat pump heating.

Pierrot St malo 2024
Très bien accueillis par la propriétaire. Literie excellente. Excellent lave-linge. Animaux acceptés gratuitement. Quelques regrets cependant: pas de grille-pain, pas de couteau à tartiner, lave-vaisselle avec problème du bouton de mise en route, pas de jardin clôturé (alors que les chiens sont admis). Néanmoins le rapport qualité-prix est très bon. De plus la situation géographique est parfaite: à côté de St Malo, peu de kilomètres pour aller à Cancale ou au bord de mer, calme de l'endroit du gîte (en dehors de l'agglomération) avec à 3 minutes une zone commerciale. Nous recommandons ce gîte.
