Two terraces and a garden let you enjoy an unoverlooked exterior with views over the countryside. Enclosed grounds, with on-site parking. Nearby attractions: Enigma Park 1km, Rennes 25km, Chateaugiron 12km.

On one level and accessible to people with reduced mobility: a large 60m² living room with open-plan kitchen, living room and lounge, bedroom with 160 x 200 bed and en-suite shower room, bedroom with 140 x 200 bed, two bedrooms with two 90 x 200 beds, large 10m² bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, first independent WC with washbasin, second independent WC with washbasin, laundry room. Underfloor aerothermal heating.

Longere a Janzé

Nous avons loué ce gîte car nous avions un mariage dans le secteur. Logement très grand et propre idéal pour famille nombreuse. Le propriétaire nous a très bien accueilli et il est très arrangeant et ponctuel au niveau des horaires.
Nous sommes très satisfait du gîte.

Famille

La longere est très bien équipée (électroménager, mobilier, vaisselle …) et très agréable. Nous avons eu la chance d’une météo ensoleillée qui nous a permis de déjeuner sur la terrasse. N’hésitez pas !

Wonderful

We stayed for 17nights in August. What a wonderfully quiet and relaxing stay. The Gite was comfortable and spacious for the 6 of us. The host was attentive to our needs. 5mins drive to Janze and a great base for west Brittany. Well worth a stay.
