Enjoy this charming, comfortable Holiday cottage on the Emerald Coast, 3 km from the Sea and the Beach. In a pleasant, shady setting, you'll find your independence on the large enclosed terrace facing south-west, and for your relaxation, the adjoining grounds in front of the cottage. The village of Saint-Briac is 3 km away. The famous GR34 hiking trail along the coast is 4 km away. For your vacation getaways, discover Saint-Lunaire 5 km away and the Rance estuary 11 km away. Admire the Belle Époque villas, stroll along the moonlit promenade in Dinard, 8 km away, or explore the corsair town of Saint-Malo, 14 km away.

Patou Super gîte
Très bon accueil avec un gâteau préparé par la propriétaire.
Maison vraiment bien pour un séjour en famille il y'a tout l'équipement prévu pour toute la famille que se soit adulte ou enfant.
Un grand jardin très bien entretenu avec pleins de bons fruits ( prunes/tomates cerises/pommes).
La propriétaire est très accueillante et disponible.

MadameMc Rural Gite close to beaches, highly recommended
We recently stayed at this lovely, spacious gîte in rural France, and it was the perfect getaway. The owner is just lovely. The accommodation was extremely comfortable, offering ample space for relaxation. There are a couple of patios with plenty of sun loungers and a big BBQ. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals with all the necessary tools and providing plenty of space for both cooling and preparing ingredients.
The location was ideal – nestled in a quiet, peaceful rural setting, yet still just a short drive to a variety of stunning beaches. The beaches were absolutely gorgeous, and there were numerous coastal walks to explore, each offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
Highly recommend for anyone looking to escape to a serene, beautiful corner of France!

Gypsie Gîte très agréable
Gîte bien conçu. Les 2 terrasses permettent de profiter de l'extérieur. Les chambres sont agréables. Il y'a tout ce qu'il faut :vaisselle,, coussins parasol, cuisine propre et bien équipée.

Super location bien tranquille avec espace extérieur très complet terrasses avant et arrière et jardin. Intérieur tout confort avec équipement ménager très fourni.
