In the Vilaine valleys, this very quiet gîte in the center of a farmhouse, is located on the edge of a forest, 1 km from the village and 2 km from the greenway. You'll first be struck by the picturesque church of St Senoux, from which many hiking trails lead off, including mountain biking and horse riding. And if you want to step back in time, the Broceliande forest, with its legends of King Arthur and Merlin the Enchanter, is just 40 minutes away. You're 25 minutes south of Rennes and 15 minutes from the Rennes-Aéroport exhibition center.

Ground floor: dining room, decorative fireplace, fitted kitchen - living room - one bedroom (double bed 140) - WC - bathroom. First floor: 1 bedroom (two single beds 90x190), one bedroom (two large single beds 90x200), shower room, WC. Oil-fired central heating (daily charge). Adjoining laundry room. Enclosed front courtyard with flower-filled terrace where you can enjoy breakfast in fine weather. At the rear, private shaded terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, fenced lawn and view of the forest. Beds made on arrival.
