JochenG A wonderful place/time
We had a wonderful time staying at a Gîtes de France property! The gîte was absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, and filled with charming touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. Our kids especially loved the experience of being close to nature, and they were thrilled to spend time with the sheep on the property—it was a unique and delightful highlight of our stay.
The location was perfect, nestled in a pretty town with a friendly atmosphere (I enjoyed the daily coffee next to the bakery). We were pleasantly surprised by the number of castles and historical sites to explore in the area, making each day a new adventure. The combination of a stunning gîte, engaging activities for the kids, and an array of cultural experiences nearby made our trip truly unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!
