In the heart of the Emerald Coast, 10 km from Saint-Malo Intra-Muros, 9 km from Cancale, gîte adjoining the owners in a property comprising 4 other gîtes sharing a large communal garden with playground, boules pitch, swing and slide. Ideally suited to small groups of family and friends, the house offers privacy for all, with all rooms equipped with full private sanitary facilities. There's also a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
First floor: a kitchen opening onto a dining room, a living room, a bedroom with a 150x200 bed and its own shower room with toilet. 1st floor: two family units, each comprising a split-level space with a 150x200 bed downstairs, a shower room with WC, and a bedroom with two single beds upstairs. External access: a small house houses a family unit with 4 beds: a ground-floor bedroom with a 150x200 bed and TV, a shower room with WC and a mezzanine with a 150x200 bed. Parking on the property.

LLX Séjour en famille
Gîte très bien adapté à notre famille 8 adultes et 4 enfants, très propre et bien équipé. Les sanitaires dans chaque chambre sont un vrai plus.
Il est très bien situé pour les visites tout en étant bien au calme.

CAROLE GITE COUSINADES 2025
Gîte impeccable, nous avons réservé pour 14 personnes, 1 gîte principal de 10, 1 autre gîte à côté pour 4. Le gîte principal a une pièce de vie vraiment pour 10. Avec 4 autres personnes, c'est un peu juste pour les repas. La cuisne est très bien équipée et les lits sont confortables. Les 8 KW pour chauffage par jour, ne sont pas adaptés pour 10 ou 14, nous avons du ajouter à la fin du séjour 19 euros, mais l'ensemble est très correct et la dame à l'accueil est sympathique.
