In Saint-Méen-le-Grand, in the Pays de Brocéliande region, perfectly suited to large families or small groups of friends, this vacation rental benefits from an ideal location, close to the town center. Completely renovated, it will offer you a pleasant stay, outside: garden furniture, barbecue on a 1000 m2 plot and lawn. Ideally located close to services and shops. At the crossroads between Ille et Vilaine, Côtes d'Armor and Morbihan, Dinan is 35 km away, Dinard 55 km, Rennes 45 km, Saint-Malo 67 km and Mont-Saint-Michel 90 km. The Brocéliande forest and Lac de Trémelin are 20 km away.
Spaces are organized to provide a pleasant living environment for up to 11 people. The spacious, bright living room opens onto a south-west-facing terrace and a balcony at sunrise. 1st floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge, bedroom with double bed (140x190), two bedrooms with single beds (160x200), shower room, separate toilet. 2nd floor: one bedroom with two 80x200 beds, one bedroom with 3 80X200 beds. Shower room with washing machine and separate WC.

Gîte très chouette. Léger bémol sur les chambres à l étage. Les Portes ne ferment pas et matelas moyen.

Super week-end en Bretagne entre amies . La propriétaire est super gentil et accueillant. La maison est top pour accueillir du monde . La literie est correcte et tout a porter de main. Je recommande ++++++ .

LG44 charmante petite maison au coeur de brocéliande
Cette maison est bien située à proximité des lieux de visite de la forêt de brocéliande. Il y a toutes les commodités pour un séjour en famille. Notre hôte a été flexible sur les horaires de départ. Très appréciable. Nous reviendrons dans cette région car sur un week end pas eu le temps de tout visiter.
