This pleasant, enclosed property comprises a large gîte for 10 people, with a large living area for organizing meals with family and friends, and a second house that can accommodate 8 people, providing a pleasant distribution of bedrooms and bathroom facilities, ensuring comfort and privacy for all. You'll enjoy an outdoor space with garden tables, a relaxation area, and a lawn with games (basketball hoop).

First house: Ground floor: a large 65 m² living room with kitchen and two dining tables seating 10, a bedroom with a 160X200 bed, a bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility with WC and a separate WC with washbasin. First floor: two bedrooms, each with a 160X200 bed, two bedrooms, each with two 90X190 beds, a bathroom and a separate WC with washbasin.

Second house: Ground floor: living room with kitchen and dining area, bedroom with double bed (140x190) and en-suite shower room, bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs: one bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bed, one bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a 90x190 bed and a toilet area with washbasin, separate WC. Five-car parking available on the property and in the street (free). 600-meter walk to the Coglé'o aquatic center (public swimming pool).

    Très beau gîte bien chauffé

    Excellent séjour pour un groupe de 15 personnes plus que sexagénaires. Site chaleureux, refait à neuf, belle cuisine ouverte et très bien équipée. Multiples chambres wc et salles de bain. Au carrefour de nombreux sites touristiques. On y reviendra l’année prochaine.

    Super séjour

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour pour la semaine du Nouvel An.
    Ce gîte est idéal pour les grands groupes : la tablée est exceptionnelle et permet de manger confortablement (jusqu'à au moins 30 personnes sans être à l'étroit).
    Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la mise à disposition des deux services à raclette en très bon état, parfaits pour un repas convivial sans avoir à s'encombrer de son propre matériel.
    Côté couchage, la literie est de grande qualité.
    Mention spéciale pour la grande chambre du gîte 2, très spacieuse et agréable, dont le petit point d'eau privatif est vraiment très pratique.
    Enfin, un grand merci au propriétaire pour son accueil très agréable et sa gentillesse.
    Une adresse que nous recommandons vivement pour des moments en tribu !
