You'll enjoy an outdoor space with garden tables, a relaxation area, and a lawn with games (basketball hoop).

First floor: two bedrooms, each with a 160X200 bed, two bedrooms, each with two 90X190 beds, a bathroom and a separate WC with washbasin.

Second house: Ground floor: living room with kitchen and dining area, bedroom with double bed (140x190) and en-suite shower room, bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs: one bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bed, one bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a 90x190 bed and a toilet area with washbasin, separate WC. Five-car parking available on the property and in the street (free). 600-meter walk to the Coglé'o aquatic center (public swimming pool).
