Ideally situated on the road to Mont Saint Michel, 17 km north of Rennes, Le Verger de Fouisseul's quiet location puts it at the heart of many historic tourist sites: the superb beaches of the Emerald Coast, Rennes and its architecture, medieval Dinan, Fougères and its castle, Brocéliande and its legends, Saint-Malo, Cancale... The gîte is adjoining the owner's home, but has its own private, unoverlooked exterior (terrace and lawn with trees) and private parking. Both gîtes have access to the owners' heated indoor swimming pool from April to the end of October (times indicated by the owners). Dimensions: 8 x 3.5 m. Depth: 1.10 m to 1.60 m. Over a hectare of grounds accessible to all, with plenty of play equipment for children (trampoline, soccer and badminton nets, etc.).
