Ideally located between Pays de Rennes and Côte d'Emeraude, you're at the starting point for discovering the Petites Cités de Caractère® of Combourg (7 km), Dol de Bretagne (13 km) and Bécherel (30 km), Mont Saint-Michel (25 km) and its Bay (20 km). Nature lovers will appreciate the ponds of the Canal d'Ille et Rance in the communes of Hédé-Bazouges and Dingé, classified Natura 2000, and sports enthusiasts will enjoy the water activities on offer at the Base de Loisirs du Domaine du Boulet: kayaks, pedalos, dinghies and windsurfing boards. In summer, the pond's sunny beach offers a pleasant swimming destination for the whole family.

Located in the center of town, with an enclosed plot of land on the other side of the road, 10 meters away.
