Cabane Lapinicho

An eco-built place to stay and relax, BOEM invites you to disconnect and enjoy a sober experience, combining comfort, simplicity and respect for nature. Close to the beaches of Dinard and the Bords de Rance, you can take a stroll with your family, your partner or your friends along the greenway that runs all the way to Dinard.

Michelle and Sébastien have created 3 self-built, eco-constructed cabins, insulated with wood wool and cellulose wadding, in the heart of a generous, unspoilt natural environment.
You'll be transported back to your cabin dreams! Perched on their stilts, they are like nesting boxes, bringing you a little closer to the trees and the great diversity of birds in the area. Michelle and Sébastien have named them OUNICHLIBOU, LAPINICHO and LOINICHBA in homage to these birds. With the environment in mind, the owners have chosen to share facilities: dry toilets, showers and washbasins are shared in a dedicated area (3 shower rooms and 2 dry toilets, one of which has PRM access).

The Cabane Lapinicho is equipped with a kitchenette including hob, mini-oven and fridge.
A small wood-burning stove is available for cool evenings (wood included).
A small bedroom on the ground floor with 1 90x190 bed.
Upstairs:
A bedroom with a 140x190 double bed,
Beds made on arrival.
Exterior:
A large semi-covered terrace extends the interior space.
Washing-up and washing-up are done in the sanitary area next to the cabin.
