You'll enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs. Bright and well-equipped, you'll enjoy a warm, relaxing atmosphere, with a varied library at your disposal. Ideally located 27 km from Saint-Malo, 20 km from Cancale and 20 km from Mont-Saint-Michel. Sand yachting and children's playground 1.5 km away, and fishing on site.
The Holiday cottage offers on the first floor:
A beautiful living space with a kitchen opening onto a living room with fireplace (insert) and lounge (sofa bed),
WC with washbasin.
1st floor:
1 bedroom with its attic mezzanine with velux window and view over the bay (a 160X200 cm bed and a 140 cm bed on the mezzanine) ,
1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed,
Bathroom with double washbasin, shower and toilet.
No internet access in this Holiday cottage.
Deposit to be deposited with the owners on arrival by cheque or cash.

Filou La définition d'un gîte !
Ce lieu est parfait pour visiter ce coin magnifique ! il y a tout ce qui faut sur moins de 10 km à la ronde, c'est calme et l'environnement est superbe.
Le gîte en lui même est très confortable, avec tous les équipements nécessaires, on se sent comme chez soi.

Myriam et Carl Gîte et situation au top du top
Un très bel accueil du propriétaire qui est à l'écoute des locataires. Un très beau gîte au calme avec un aménagement au top, on se sent comme chez soi. La situation est idyllique entre le Mont Saint-Michel et Cancale, à 50 mètre du GR34 et de la plage, à 4 minutes de la boulangerie et 7 minutes de la poissonnerie Chistrel que je recommande vivement pour la qualité de ses poissons et autres crustacés. Que du bonheur pendant quinze jours, à refaire. Merci à Stéphane pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse.

Le gîte est situé proche des lieux à visiter. Face à la mer. Propriétaire très accueillant. Un cadeau de bienvenue nous attendait, merci. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Gîte très confort, bien équipé, litterie très bonne et vue sur la baie, à 40 min de St Malo ou du mont St Michel - grand jardin - idéal avec des enfants

JPF Idéal !
C'est notre deuxième séjour dans ce gîte que nous avions découvert l'été dernier.
Tout est toujours parfait: l'emplacement dans la baie pour rayonner de Granville à St Malo et Dinard, le Mont St Michel, Cancale, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne etc...
L'accueil de Stéphane qui gère le gîte pour les propriétaires, le petit chien accepté.
Soleil et chaleur pendant 15 jours pour de belles balades à pied dans la baie.
