What a chance to wake up at the foot of the waves! Nestled on a rock between the beaches of Saint-Enogat and Port Riou, 100 meters away, this tastefully decorated studio boasts a magnificent Sea view!
Need a breath of sea air? Put on your sneakers and take the private path from the residence to the Sea. At 260 m, follow the "chemin de ronde" hiking trail from "La Malouine" to Saint Enogat, on the same route as the GR34. Local shops are 450 m away on foot. 1.8 km away, near the port of Dinard, walk along the coast on the "Promenade du Clair de Lune" and marvel at the belle époque villas. Are you a cycling enthusiast? 1.5 km away, take the V42 from Dinard to Arzal (Morbihan). 5 km away, enjoy a picturesque picnic near Pointe du Décollé in Saint-Lunaire. 12 km away, visit Intra-muros, the famous historic center of the corsair town of Saint-Malo.
From the street, a small white gate opens onto a staircase with some 30 steps. The residence is below.
The apartment is located on the first floor in a condominium of 3 apartments, and is organized on the same level.

Calme et apaisant;
Un très beau séjour dans un cadre à la vue superbe;
Appartement au pied des vagues; lumineux et calme.
Le bruit des vagues pour nous bercer le soir et se réveiller en douceur.
La propriétaire est vraiment quelqu’un de très agréable et sympathique.

L'appartement est incroyablement bien situé dans une résidence très propre et très calme dans le quartier le plus agréable de Dinard. La vue depuis la terrasse est exceptionnelle. Le logement est très confortable, bien aménagé et tellement paisible. Quel plaisir de se réveiller et de s'endormir au son des vagues sans aucun bruit parasite de la vie quotidienne ! Madame Neveu est de plus une hôte accueillante et attentionnée. Une adresse à vivement recommander.

Antoine Un petit coin de paradis
Cet appartement est juste parfait. Tout est conforme à la description, propre, bien aménagé, confortable et très lumineux. Et quelle vue!! Nous avons passé des heures sur la terrasse au pied des vagues à observer l'océan, les bateaux, les oiseaux.
La région est splendide : Dinard, Saint-Malô (si vous y allez prenez les bateaux passeurs à Dinard. 10 minutes de traversée avec une vue de Saint-Malô incroyable et une arrivée au pied des remparts), Dinan, Cancale, Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer...
Nous recommandons vivement cette location et y reviendrons sans nul doute un jour.
