Located 3.5 km from Maxent, this late medieval residence has been renovated using natural materials (wood, earth, lime, hemp and stone), retaining all its authenticity. The only dwelling in the area at the end of a 300-meter access road, you'll enjoy a country setting in a wooded property. This friendly Holiday cottage offers a wide range of board games, as well as a library with books for Kids, comic books, novels for teenagers and adults, encyclopedias, and tales and myths from Brocéliande, whose Forest and legendary sites are just 12 km away. Outside, the bakehouse is ideal for grilling in all weathers, where you can eat in the warmth of the fire.
You're just 20 minutes from the Trémelin leisure park and the Monteneuf megaliths, as well as from the entrance to Rennes, the airport and the Saint-Jacques de La Lande exhibition center.
