This Group holiday cottages is located on a market-garden farm 4 km from the Sea and the Beach, playground, barbecue, garden furniture. Unenclosed land.

Living room with sitting area and decorative, unusable fireplace,
Fitted kitchen,
Bathroom with 2 toilets and 2 washbasins.
First floor:
1 bedroom with 4 single beds (90cm) and 2 single beds (90cm) on the Mezzanine bed, 1 shower room and 1 toilet.
1 bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm) and 2 single beds (90cm) on the mezzanine, 1 shower room and 1 WC
1 bedroom with 1 x 90cm bed, 1 x 140cm bed and 2 x 90cm mezzanine beds, 1 shower room and 1 WC
1 bedroom with 4 single beds (90cm) and 2 single beds (90cm) on the mezzanine, 1 shower room and 1 WC
Infirmary with 1 bed of 140.
Electric heating.
Capacity (living room): 40 people.
Fully equipped kitchen. Accommodation: 22 people.
Additional heating charge from October 01 to May 31: €30 per weekend.
Music allowed until 3 a.m.

Philippe Gîte de groupe très fonctionnel
Le Gîte était parfaitement adapté et fonctionnel pour l’anniversaire que nous fêtions avec nos amis et la famille.

Momo Grand gite
Notre week-end s'est très bien passé grâce à l'équipement et la surface du gîte.
Nous étions 25 et n'avons manqué de rien.
Le gîte est très bien insonorisé ce qui permet de mettre de la musique sans déranger ceux qui dorment à l'étage.

Famille Singer Petit paradis
Nous étions 11 dans ce magnifique gîte. L'accueil des propriétaires étais parfait. Le gîte est parfaitement fonctionnel et équipée pour les grandes familles où les grands groupes. Idéalement centrée pour toutes les activités de la région. Le lieu est calme et champêtre.
Mention toute particulière aux propriétaires qui ont su ce montrer discret, a l'écoute, d'excellent conseil et très réactif aux petits soucis rencontrés. Un petit conseil, nous avons amené a notre arrivée une petite spécialité de notre région, cela a été visiblement apprécié. N'hésitez pas aussi, les propriétaires étant maraîcher, a leur demander des légumes. Ils étais exceptionnel.
Je conseil fortement ce gîte au familles avec enfants désirant explorer la région.

Je tiens à remercier la patience des professionnels de Gite de France car, s'agissant d'une association, le paiement de la réservation a été un peu compliqué (trop de procédures de notre part). Le gîte était très bien et la propriétaire, Marie-Christine, était très gentille et toujours prête à aider. C'était vraiment un très bon séjour.

VTT Passion De bons souvenirs
