Ideally situated for Hiking and cycling, with direct access to the Nantes-Brest canal, the Holiday cottage is 3 km from Ile aux Pies, a site ideal for climbing, fishing and canoeing on the Oust river.

Bungalow accessible to people with reduced mobility comprising :
- a living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area
- a large bedroom with a 180x200 bed that can be converted into two 90x200 beds
- a bedroom with a pull-out bed that can be converted into two 80x190 or one 160x190 beds
- an adapted bathroom with WC

- a large terrace with garden table, outdoor furniture, deckchairs and hammock
- an enclosed garden
- covered laundry area
- parking for electric bicycles in an enclosed, concreted area with electric recharging sockets
Parking in the enclosed property shared by all guests.
The Holiday cottage is equipped with an external camera at the entrance to the parking lot.
