Just 20 minutes south of Rennes, this charming Holiday cottage is located in a peaceful setting conducive to relaxation and Wellbeing. Adjoining the owner's home, you'll find your own private enclosed garden with terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. You'll be seduced by its comfort, space, harmony and authenticity.
First floor: fitted kitchen, living room with fireplace, toilet, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs: mezzanine, 3 beautifully decorated, themed bedrooms - each with private shower room and toilet (1 x 160cm bed / 1 x 160cm bed / 3 x 90cm beds, 2 of which can be converted to 180cm).
Oil-fired central heating.
Baby bed, bath, high chair, playpen.
Wellbeing area with infrared sauna and Spa: €18/person for a one-hour session.

Gîte tout à fait conforme au descriptif, propriétaire sur place pour l'accueil, disponible à souhait. Endroit très calme pour des vacances reposantes, idéalement placé pour rayonner dans la région. Terrain parfaitement clôturé pour notre chienne qui pouvait aller venir en toute liberté. Le bonus plus, WC au rdc et douches/WC dans chaque chambre A recommander pour toutes ces raisons.

m.bea1 Gîte très agréable
Le gîte est très agréable, très tranquille et propre! La literie est de qualité et les chambres spacieuses avec chacune une salle d'eau. Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille. Le propriétaire, Monsieur Poirier, est sympathique et nous avons pu acheter quelques produits locaux à la boutique. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
