15 km north of Rennes, this Holiday cottage is located on a dairy farm in a complex of buildings with other rental properties. The private, south-facing terrace, with its garden furniture and barbecue, will delight you for your moments of relaxation. A playground with table tennis, trampoline, slide, swing, petanque and soccer pitches will delight young and old alike. The heated indoor swimming pool (5 m x 10 m) is open from 06/04 to 28/09 and shared with the owners. Need to get away from it all? Just 10 km away, stroll along the Canal d'Ille-et-Rance to the site of the 11 locks at Hédé-Bazouges, wander around Bécherel, the city of books, 18 km away, or visit the Petite Cité de Caractère de Combourg and its castle, 22 km away. The Emerald Coast and the corsair city of Saint-Malo await you 50 km away.

The Holiday cottage is accessed from the shared courtyard and adjoins the owners' home.
It is organized on 2 levels.
First floor:
- a living room with open-plan kitchen, dining room and sitting room with wood-burning stove,
- laundry room and toilet with washbasin.
First floor:
- a bedroom with two 80 x 200 cm beds (convertible into a 160 x 200 cm bed) and a 90 x 190 cm bed
- private bathroom with shower and toilet,
- a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed (convertible into two 70 x 190 cm beds) and a 90 x 190 cm bed
- en-suite bathroom with bath and WC.
