    On y revient plusieurs fois par an depuis qques années.

    Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience. Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que votre séjour n'a pas entièrement répondu à vos attentes.
    Concernant la facturation de l'électricité et du chauffage, nous tenons à préciser qu'il était clairement mentionné dans l'annonce et dans votre contrat qu'un forfait de 8 kWh par jour est inclus. Tout dépassement est facturé sur relevé de compteur, sur la base du tarif en vigueur. Nous comprenons que cela ait pu être une surprise si cette information n'a pas retenu votre attention au moment de la réservation, et nous en sommes navrés.
