Just 400 meters from the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel and 5 km from the nearest Beach, this Holiday cottage is ideal for a couple's getaway, combining discovery and relaxation.
Simple and comfortable, it is located close to the Saint-Malo - Le Mont-Saint-Michel tourist route, adjoining the owner's house, who also runs a guest house on site.
This Holiday cottage (on one level) offers:
Living room with kitchenette and relaxation area (sofa).
1 bedroom with 140 cm bed (Beds made on arrival).
Shower room with WC.
Oil-fired central heating.
Exterior and equipment :
Private area with garden furniture and barbecue
Access to the Piscine, shared with the Bed and breakfast and the campsite.
A pleasant pied-à-terre between Mont-Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo and Cancale, for easy access to the bay.

Location idéalement située entre le Mont Saint Michel et Saint Malo, nombreuses randonnées pédestres.
Propriétaire sympathique en revanche la propreté du gîte laisse à désirer.
Le ménage n'avait pas été fait depuis longtemps, toiles d'araignée, squelette d'un lézard dans la chambre, vitres très sales...- Cleanliness

Nous sommes toutefois sincèrement désolés concernant la propreté du gîte à votre arrivée. Ce que vous décrivez ne correspond pas au niveau de qualité que nous souhaitons offrir à nos visiteurs. Comme expliqué à votre départ, n'hésitez pas à nous faire remonter l'information dès votre arrivée et non au départ afin que nous puissions intervenir et faire que votre séjour se passe au mieux. -

Utilisation du gite du 13 au 17 octobre.
Dimensions idéale pour deux personnes, emplacement géographique parfait (entre le Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo et le reste de la cote), accueil très sympathique et cordial.

Très bon accueil .Tranquilité assurée .Beaucoup d'activités proposés sur place .Le petit parc animalier est un plus sympathique.La location est propre et possède le nécéssaire Pas de problème pour garer la voiture .Nous avons passé un agréable sejour .
