13 km from Saint-Malo, 100 m from the Rance river, this gite, designed in an old country house, is located in the village of ST SULIAC, listed as one of France's most beautiful villages. Panoramic view over the Rance, with its sandy beach and hiking trails. Common outdoor space in the courtyard shared with the other gites.

The gite comprises on the ground floor:
living room with kitchenette.
Shower room, wc.
South-west-facing bay window overlooking the Rance.

    vacances de retraités

    Très beau logement. Super accueil de la propriétaire, St Suliac , très bien situé pour découvrir la région (Dinan, Dinard, St Malo, Mont St Michel, etc) La Rance permet aussi une activité nautique avec une base bien équipée.
    Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour.Encore merci à Annick

    Accueil chaleureux et disponibilité de la propriétaire du gite
    Bâtiment soigneusement conservé
    Gite très propre bien agencé au niveau des pièces et équipement très complet
    Possibilité de louer draps et serviettes très appréciée

    Excellent séjour

    Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire. Un gîte bien aménagé avec goût spacieux propre comme on aimerait en trouver plus souvent.
    Tout était parfait on y retournera.
