The house is located at the entrance to the Crozon peninsula, a true concentrate of Brittany, with its long sandy beaches, steep cliffs and small villages of character such as Locronan and Le Faou. Just 500m from the Beach, from which you can enjoy the view, the house has an above-ground swimming pool heated to 26°C from April to late September, for the enjoyment of young and old alike. The large wooden terrace surrounding the house lets you enjoy the view and lunches in the sun.

The large 60m² living room includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area with wood-burning stove and a large, comfortable lounge.
