The house is located at the entrance to the Crozon peninsula, a true concentrate of Brittany, with its long sandy beaches, steep cliffs and small villages of character such as Locronan and Le Faou. This contemporary vacation home is ideal for a large family or friends. Just 500m from the Beach, from which you can enjoy the view, the house has an above-ground swimming pool heated to 27° in July and August, and from April to June and September on request. A large tiled terrace surrounds the house, allowing you to enjoy the view and barbecue in the sun. Ground floor: A large 60m² living room includes a fully-equipped kitchen with wood-burning stove, a comfortable lounge, a master suite with a double bed and a 160*200 bed, a private shower room with walk-in shower and direct access to the terrace, and a toilet with hand-washer. First floor: The 3 large bedrooms all have access to the balcony terrace. Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (140*190), the 3rd with 2 single beds (90*190). A bathroom and separate WC complete the first floor. The garden is fully enclosed by a 1m-high fence and electric gate.
