Welcome to the Ty Sables self-catering cottage with sea view. The beach is just 200m away. The gîte is located in Locquirec, a seaside resort with 9 beaches where the sea is omnipresent.
You'll be staying in a brand-new 50m² single-storey timber-frame house with a beautiful sea view not far from the owners' house. Inside, you'll find a kitchen opening onto a living room with sea view, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) with terrace access, a shower room and separate toilet.
Outside, you'll find an enclosed garden, a lovely terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers. You'll also appreciate the outdoor beach shower. Possibility of 2 additional children at no extra charge.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub. Es stimmte einfach alles. Tolle, moderne und absolut saubere Unterkunft. Alles wunderbar durchdacht und so liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir brauchten nur auszupacken und waren direkt angekommen. Die Vermieter waren immer wenn wir sie brauchten da und haben uns immer geholfen, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Ansonsten haben sie uns völlig in Ruhe gelassen. Wirklich alles total freundlich, nett und angenehm. Total nette Gastgeber mit Herz Auch die Lage des Ferienhauses ist hervorragend. So nah am Meer, dass man auf der Terasse das Meeresrauchen hören kann. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand und auf dem Küstentrail. Auch die Aussicht vom Ferienhaus auf das Meer ist einfach wunderschön. Wir sind so begeistert, dass wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen werden.

Ein wunderschönes Fleckchen Bretagne!
Hier hat einfach alles gepasst! Vom Meerblick, schon beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse, über das hübsch und modern eingerichtete Häuschen, bis hin zum wenig entfernten tollen Strand war alles wunderbar! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Les hôtes nous ont accueillis avec une grande gentillesse dans leur gîte neuf, impeccable et équipé complètement. Tout y est bien pensé et fonctionnel. Belle déco, on s'y sent bien.
Quant à la localisation... Que dire ? C'est superbe ! Le paysage, les couchers de soleil, le village... La plage à 2 minutes. Les randos. Les visites dans cette région magnifique.

Happy Brits Great vacation
We really enjoyed our stay at Ty Sables. We were particularly pleased when the owners contacted us on the day of arrival to say we could arrive earlier than the usual check in time if it suited us. The property had a great location and was very well equipped. It was also extremely clean. Would recommend to anyone.
