Our Holiday cottage is located in Cléder between the Bay of Morlaix and Les Abers, 1300 m from the beaches of Roguennic and Les Amiets, close to the small port of Kerfissien and Poulennou.

From the Côte des Légendes to the Pays des Enclos and the Monts d'Arrée, you'll discover a region rich in landscapes and heritage, from the GR 34 hiking trail with its magnificent views, to the white sandy beaches of Cléder (Roguennic, les Amiets), just 1,300 m from your holiday home. Don't miss the Sunday summer Market at the little port of Kerfissien, where you can discover local designers, craftsmen and producers. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy a range of water sports, while gourmets will be spoilt for choice when it comes to Breton specialities. You'll also want to visit Roscoff, with its jetty for the island of Batz, and the whole of Morlaix Bay, with its magnificent viewpoints.

Semi-detached house at 1300 m from the Beach, completely independent from the owners' house. Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90x200, a shower room, a separate toilet. Outside, a large south-facing terrace, enclosed by screen walls, with no overlooking views. Private parking. At the rear, a 2nd courtyard with garden furniture.
