Just 500m from the inlet and at the start of the hiking trails (GR 34 Natura 2000 area), this gîte is ideally located for visiting the various sites of Finistère (Crozon peninsula, Pointe Saint Mathieu, Oceanopolis, departure for the islands of OUESSANT, MOLENE, SEIN...). The Rostiviec beach is ideal for swimming, fishing and water sports. House entirely renovated with natural materials. The interior has retained the charm of traditional houses.
Located by the sea on the Loperhet peninsula, direct access to the sea via the GR34. Ground floor: living/dining room with kitchenette and wood-burning stove, laundry room, small veranda. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190), shower room, wc. 2nd floor (via steep staircase): mezzanine with study and sitting room. Enclosed garden with lounge, barbecue and terrace.

Nous avons été accueilli très gentiment par le propriétaire c'est une petite maison bretonne décorée avec goût ,toute équipée avec un joli petit jardin fleuri elle est extrêmement bien située pour sillonner et le propriétaire nous as indiqué des randonnées à proximité nous avons découvert la rade de Brest c'était génial.

Matt Petit coin de paradis
Endroit idéal, un bon plan pour un séjour au calme, avec bon nombre de commodités, et un environnement en dehors du bruit du bourg. Un endroit pour marcher, pour partir pas loin de la mer, proche de la voie express pour se rendre soit sur Brest, sur Landerneau, etc.
En amis nous avons pu profiter de ce lieu en toute tranquillité, et visiter les sentiers côtiers, etc.
