Detached house with enclosed garden and ample parking. Access to first floor via 9-step staircase. Large living room with open-plan kitchen, living room with pellet stove, bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room, separate WC. Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 bed 140x190, a bedroom with 2 beds 90x200, a bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, a shower room with WC.
A cellar is available with a recreation room equipped with a ping pong table and a games table. The cellar also has a laundry room with a shower for returning from the Beach or Hiking.
Outside, a large terrace and garden shed are ideal for outdoor activities, with garden furniture, barbecue, plancha and deckchairs. A garage is available for bikes, a canoe and a paddle for holidaymakers.

    Séjour apaisant

    Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux.
    Tout est prévu pour passer un merveilleux séjour, l’équipement est parfait dans la maison, le confort est présent.
    On se sent comme à la maison.
    La proximité de la plage.
    Le plus avec la table de ping pong, le canoë kayak, les vélos et les jeux de société !

    Perfect for a peaceful family holiday

    My family had a wonderful time. The owners are very friendly and welcoming.
    The gite is very well equipped and the location is magical.
    Lots of superb beaches close by and a couple of excellent restaurants.
    I can't wait to go back.

    Maison idéale pour un séjour en famille

    Après un accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires nous avons apprécié Ty Gerok pour son jardin clos sécurisant pour les enfants, pour les équipements ménagers (BBQ et plancha) et ceux de loisirs (canoë et vélos), pour la proximité des plages et du port de Moguériec.
    Nous avons enchaîné promenades et randonnées, séances de surf, de baignades et de jeux de plage toujours en famille.
