The house is located in the heart of the Baie d'Audierne, 800m from Plage de Stang Al Liou, a beautiful sandy beach bordered by pebbles, stretching 10 km from Penhors to Pointe de la Torche. Nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts will be delighted: hiking, surfing, sand yachting and cultural visits. The detached house was tastefully renovated in 2022. First floor: entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table, bright and welcoming living room with wood-burning stove, bathroom, separate toilet, garage for a small car and laundry room. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (160x200), a bedroom with 2 single beds (80x200, which can be twinned to 160 on request), a shower room with toilet, a relaxation room with desk and sofa. Outside, a large paved terrace with garden furniture, lounge, garden with sun loungers, barbecue, 2 adult bicycles. Parking for 2/3 cars.

Silvio Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour !
Une jolie maison typique de la région située au calme avec une plage magnifique accessible à pied. La maison est très bien équipée et les propriétaires sont aussi bienveillants que sympathiques tout en étant très discrets.
