The house is ideally located for discovering South Finistère, its coastline and lively seaside resorts such as Concarneau, Bénodet and Port Manech. You'll be close to Pont-Aven, the famous artists' town with its picturesque riverside setting, as well as Quimper, the pretty regional capital, in a quiet, flower-filled, wooded setting.

The pretty sandy beaches of Le Cabellou and Concarneau, or the famous artists' city of Pont-Aven, with its picturesque riverside setting, are just 15 kilometers away. This vacation home will be an excellent base for exploring South Finistère in all its diversity and beauty. Nearby, you'll find many pleasant footpaths, and the newly-opened "voie verte" cycle path passes right by.

This magnificent traditional Breton farmhouse was restored in 2001 in a small, typical South Finistère hamlet, close to another rental property, away from the main roads but a few minutes' walk from Rosporden town center and its lakes.The house comprises a large living room with fitted kitchen, dining room and comfortable sitting room with fireplace. Large bay windows give the living room plenty of natural light, overlooking a large unfenced garden, beautifully landscaped and in bloom all year round. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor. The bedding has been carefully designed and decorated by the owners. Two bedrooms have double beds (160x200cm) and the third has twin beds (90x190cm). The first floor also features a large mezzanine with a small sitting area. The house is equipped with a toilet and shower room on the ground floor and a bathroom on the first floor.
