There's plenty to do in the area: golf enthusiasts can indulge their passion at the Golf de Cornouaille, hikers will love the footpath starting from the gîte, and the nearby GR34, 4km away, offers great walks along the seafront. Families will love the large Kerleven beach 5km away, or the many water sports on offer (sailing, paddle, kayaking, windsurfing...). Concarneau, with its walled town and fishing museum, and Quimper, with its narrow shopping streets and cathedral, are also within easy reach.

You'll enjoy a fully-equipped, modern and functional kitchen opening onto a living room, a pleasant sitting room, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) with en-suite shower room and toilet. Upstairs, a large mezzanine with study and relaxation area, a bedroom with 2 single beds (80x200) with possibility of an extra single bed, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) with sitting room opening onto a covered terrace, bathroom and wc. Outside, you'll find a garden and a terrace with garden furniture. The "Relaxation" area, shared with the owner, includes a swimming pool (10m long, 2 to 4m wide, 1.5m deep) heated between 26 and 29 degrees, as well as a lounge opening onto a terrace.
