Welcome to Riec sur Belon, a small commune in south Finistère renowned for its oysters, unspoilt natural landscapes and hiking trails. Within a 30km radius, you'll be ideally located for visiting Concarneau, Pont-Aven, the sunsets at Pointe de Trévignon, the beaches of Moëlan sur Mer, the typical port of Doëlan at Clohars Carnoët...
Architect-designed house ideal for vacations with family or friends. It offers ground-level living, a fenced garden and a sheltered terrace that invites you to relax. From the moment you enter, you'll be seduced by the volumes. The vestibule includes a telecommuting office overlooking the garden. The fully-equipped kitchen features a dining area and access to a small terrace, which is bathed in morning sunshine. The light-filled living room opens onto the terrace, and includes a lounge, a billiard table and a sitting area. A corridor leads to the sleeping quarters, where you'll find an independent toilet, a shower room, a bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm that can be separated into 2 single beds 70x190cm, a bedroom with bay window and access to the terrace with a 160cmx200cm bed, and a third bedroom overlooking the garden with a 160cmx200cm bed, private shower room and toilet. Outside, you'll enjoy the large terrace and wooded garden. Green Up socket (€30/week).

Nous avons été très heureux d'avoir choisi ce gîte. La propriétaire était très accueillante et gentille, le gîte était extrêmement bien équipé avec un beau jardin et il était dans un endroit fantastique avec beaucoup de balades et d'endroits à explorer à proximité. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter et n'hésiterions pas à revenir.

Andérouze Parfait !
Très belle maison lumineuse, super équipée, très confortable pour 6 personnes. Le jardin est bien clos pour un chien, dans un quartier très calme. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire très sympathique. Le billard est un plus, nous y avons passé de bons moments ! Nous recommandons sans hésitations !
