Just a 5-minute walk from the historic old port, this comfortable, bright gîte is ideally located 400 meters from restaurants and the market, the beaches, the exotic garden and the new marina. The coastal footpaths pass right by the rental property, which has been warmly decorated in a contemporary style. Access to the owner's swimming pool (outdoor 8x4m, covered by a telescopic dome, heated to 28°).
For your stay : Enjoy treatments at the Roscoff Thalasso, walks on the beach and boat trips to the Ile de Batz. The region's heritage is magnificent: St Pol de Léon Cathedral, beautiful granite houses in and around Roscoff, parish enclosures... Seaside landscapes, coastal paths and fishing ports... And don't forget the gastronomy: PDO pink onions, artichokes, fish, shellfish, far breton and cider. You can also take advantage of the season's many leisure activities and maritime festivals.

Holiday cottage "Terre de sable" is located 400m from the old port and shops. Adjoining another holiday cottage, it is contemporary and recent (built in 2011), with sea views from the first floor.

Owner's Piscine: - shared from April to mid-October in the communal garden behind the Holiday cottages - size 8m x 4m - heated to 28° and covered by a telescopic dome.
