A special feature of the house is the wink (Taol-lagad) by Pierre Chanteau. This glass and earthenware eye is an artistic and poetic tribute to the thousands of men and women who have helped and continue to help sailors in difficulty.

It has an enclosed garden (walls and gate) and 2 terraces, one of which faces south. Inside, you'll be seduced by the space available: the large living room includes an open-plan kitchen with access to the terrace, a dining area, a comfortable lounge and a games area with bar, billiards, darts and karaoke. The 2 bedrooms are spaced apart, the first with a 140x190cm double bed, TV and private bathroom with toilet.
