Pretty farmhouse completely renovated into 2 adjoining Holiday cottages, with independent access. This 6-person Holiday cottage has a large terrace with plancha, garden furniture and sun loungers. On the first floor, the fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a living room combining old-world charm and modern comfort, with a lovely view of the Menez Hom via the large bay windows; a bedroom with double bed (160x200), dressing room and dressing table, separate WC, and a functional shower room with vanity unit, large walk-in shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, on the landing, a relaxation area with games and reading, a bedroom with a 2-person bed160x200 with dressing room and desk, a bedroom with 2 Twin beds 90x200 with dressing room and desk. A shower room with walk-in shower, WC and large vanity unit. The private parking lot is equipped with a reinforced socket for electric vehicles (consumption of this socket is invoiced on meter reading).
