Detached house in a small hamlet 1.7km from the sea and Anse St Laurent, 2km from the entrance to Concarneau, completely renovated in 2018, with industrial-style decor, comfortable, bright and spacious. On the first floor, a beautiful living room with a contemporary, fully-equipped kitchen with glass roof, open onto a living room with access to the terrace and garden, living room with pellet stove, a very bright bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 overlooking the garden with its en suite shower room (Italian shower), storage space, separate toilet, laundry room. Upstairs, a large bedroom with 2 beds 80x200 that can be twinned to form 1 bed 160, also very bright, with skylights and sailboats, a relaxation area (for 1 extra person) and bathroom with island bath, shower and wc.

C'est le 2ieme séjour dans ce gîte, cette fois-ci en famille. Nous avons apprécié sa situation à la campagne, tout en étant à deux pas de la ville, toujours aussi confortable que fonctionnel. Les conseils du propriétaire concernant les visites.
