Just 1 km from the sea, you'll be seduced by the large sandy beaches and the abundance of rocks at sea that form numerous reefs, making this coastline atypical. Stroll along the GR 34 hiking trails and you'll discover numerous chapels, fountains, crosses and calvaries. Finally, a short detour to the listed site of Ménéham and its fishermen's hamlet is a must. At Brignogan plages and Plounéour Trez, you can take advantage of all the water sports on offer (sand yachting, kite surfing, sailing). Also close to Les Abers on the Côte des Légendes, enjoy seafood (oysters and mussels), stop off at Ile Vierge where you can visit Europe's highest stone lighthouse.

Inside, you'll find a pleasant, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with its pellet stove (pellet bag invoiced at current rate), a shower room, a separate toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs, you'll find a mezzanine with a relaxation area (sofa) ideal for reading, 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed (140x190) and the other with 2 twin single beds (90x200) or (180X200). There's also a separate toilet. Outside, you'll appreciate the vast 1200m2 enclosed garden (wall and hedges) with its terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue.
