Just 300m above the white sandy beach of Penfoul, in the heart of the Abers region, the exceptional location of this gîte offers many advantages: family bathing, lazing about, surfing, sailing, strolling along coastal paths. The GR 34, just a few dozen meters from the gîte, offers walkers and hikers breathtaking scenery. The region is rich in tourist attractions, both educational and recreational. Landunvez is just 3 km from the ports of Portsall, Trémazan and Argenton. You can discover the rich heritage of Finistère, or embark on a crossing to visit the Ponant islands. At night in Landunvez, the lighthouses of Le Four, La Jument, Men korn, Le Stiff, Le Créach and La Vierge can be seen. With the interplay of tides, winds, currents and the whims of the sun, the sea offers a permanent and varied spectacle.
South-facing house with Sea view, semi-detached in a hamlet of 3 Holiday cottages close to the owner's house. On the ground floor you'll find a pleasant living room with exposed stonework and wooden beams, creating a warm atmosphere. A fully-equipped kitchen is separated from the living room by a glass roof, and in the living room you'll find a fireplace with wood-burning insert to enjoy a cosy fire in winter. A bedroom with 1 bed (160x200), a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a large double bed (160x200) and the second with 2 single beds (90x190). A shower room and separate toilet. Outside, you'll enjoy the deckchairs, terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. There's also a covered shelter and a ping-pong table. Green Up reinforced socket common to all 3 Holiday cottages for charging electric cars (invoiced according to consumption).

Serge Beau et calme avec vue sur mer
L'accueil était chaleureux, l'équipement du gite parfait et le cadre idyllique.
De plus notre gite avait vu sur mer de notre canapé.

Alain Gite calme pas loin de la mer
Ce gîte est bien situé. Les balades possibles très nombreuses. Il est calme, lumineux, avec une belle vue sur la mer depuis la salle à manger et la chambre du haut. L'accueil est parfait et sympathique.

Accueil très agréable
Par contre il manque un peu de neuf niveau peinture et ménage toiles d araignée pleintes poussiéreuse
Canapé peu confortable (quand on a des problèmes de dos) mais bon ça a été quand même
Espaces vert fleuris très bien

Christine Confortable et lumineux
Nous y avons passé deux semaines. La maison nous a beaucoup plu. Elle est très confortablement aménagée, nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis chez nous. L'atmosphère des pièces est conviviale et lumineuse. Les meubles sont de beaux meubles anciens. La cuisine est équipée de tout le nécessaire. Il faut souligner la cuisinière très moderne - une cuisinière à induction !
La maison est très lumineuse. Il y a beaucoup de fenêtres. Un côté donne sur le jardin, un autre sur la mer. La mer n'est qu'à 8 minutes.
Le contact avec la propriétaire a été excellent. Nous recommandons volontiers la maison à d'autres personnes.Wir waren dort zwei Wochen. Das Haus hat uns sehr gefallen. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Die Atmosphäre der Räume ist freundlich und hell. Die Möbel sind schöne, alte Möbel. Die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der sehr moderne Herd - ein Induktionsherd!
Das Haus ist sehr hell. Es hat viel Fensterfläche. Eine Seite mit Blick auf den Garten, eine Andere mit Blick auf das Meer. Zum Meer sind es nur 8 Minuten.
Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin hat hervorragend funktioniert. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.- Cleanliness
