Renovated 1827 water mill set in a 5000m² garden with lawns and flowers, on the banks of the River Aulne. Thanks to its central location in Finistère, you'll have access to the whole department during your stay. Brest is only 30 minutes away, and you can spend a day at the Océanopolis to discover the world of the oceans, while Quimper is 20 minutes away to discover the city's cultural and architectural treasures. Beautiful sandy beaches are just a few kilometers from the gîte, where you can enjoy a wide range of water sports such as sailing and windsurfing. A stopover in Locronan is a must during your stay, classified as a "little town of character", where you can let yourself be carried along its narrow streets. Don't leave the region without tasting the crêpes, galettes and Kouign amann, a Breton specialty.

This authentic stone house is detached and located close to the owner's house and a poultry farm. On the ground floor, you'll find a comfortable living room with equipped kitchenette, a bathroom and a toilet. Upstairs you'll find 2 spacious bedrooms with 1 double bed (140*190) and 2 adjoining bedrooms with 1 double bed (140*190) and 2 single beds (90*190). You'll also find a shower room and toilet for added comfort. Outside, you'll find a garden, garden furniture and a barbecue ideal for long summer evenings.
